A Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The shower was excellent. I really appreciated the easy-to-use design. Staff members were friendly and helpful, specifically at the 24-hour front desk. The bed was comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The location is great, particularly because it is close to Waterloo station.

I noticed the room had limited surface space for personal belongings. Hooks or shelves could enhance functionality. It wasn't a big deal for me though.

This place is a super quirky. i loved the free tea and coffee on each floor. It's a nice touch. i used the save on towels deal. It got me a free bar drink. It felt so rewarding. the staff were nice and helpful.

The air conditioning unit made a gurgling sound all night. It was a little distracting.

The location was very convenient. It was near waterloo station for easy access to trains and the underground. i appreciated that many restaurants and pubs were within walking distance. the hotel also offers a very nice breakfast with great breads and pastries. i really liked the marshall amplifier that included bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack, it was great.

The sink was much too small. It was difficult to even wash my face in it.
